Since we love olive pate ourselves we decided to create our own series of “olive tapenades with a twist” and share them with you.The result is two really delicious tapenades based on the black Kalamata DOP olives and flavored with products of our region.

Everything that goes into a Karpos product is hand picked, tested, and approved by our team to ensure the consumer always receives a high quality product. Our products are very distinct as they are deeply scared by the land, the season and the temperament of their producers.
We work with experts
One of our passions is to constantly research the market and invest our resources in developing new delicacies in our innovation hubs in Koroni and Karditsa. Except our in-house team we also work with experts from the University of Thessaly who assist us in creating new innovative products such as our organic ready made meals.
