Domata Frescia - Organic Tomato Passata 330gr

This fantastic tomato sauce is produced from a tomato variety grown in the area of Karditsa, Northern Greece, since the early 1900’s. This local variety was chosen for its original old-fashioned tomato flavour and sweet taste. In August, the ripe tomatoes are hand-picked and then delicately pressed and sieved without being boiled, which allows them to retain their flavours and vibrant colours.This is probably the best tasting, freshest smelling tomato sauce one has ever tasted.

Excellent as a base for any sauce and stew or even plain on pasta. Strictly no preservatives, additives or colourings.
