This unique honey emerges from the team effort of our honeybees and the native insect Marchalina Hellenica which spends its life sucking the sap of Greek pine trees. Our bees collect the honeydew from Marchalina and transform it into a viscous, dark honey with rich flavours and aromas.A robust honey with subtle earthy notes and a mellow sweetness.
